ABOUT ME
I am a multilingual former student-athlete with a Master's degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University, NJ with an interest in innovation and sustainability. I received my Bachelor degree in Business Administration in 2017 with speciality in International Business from Long Island University - LIU Post in New York.
I financed my bachelor's studies with an athletic scholarship playing soccer for the LIU Post Pioneers in the East Coast Conference and my first year Master studies with another athletic scholarship playing soccer for the SHU Pirates in the Big East Conference. In order to keep my athletic scholarship I was required to maintain high performance both on the soccer field and in the classroom.
I have been playing soccer at an elite level in Gothenburg, Sweden since I was a kid and I grew up learning about daily discipline, learning about working individually as part of a team, learning about setting short and long term targets, learning about handling success and learning about handling defeats.
I grew up with a Mexican father and a Swedish mother, allowing me to experience two different cultures from a very young age. During my whole life, I have been traveling between the European and the American continents and I have developed a genuine interest in foreign cultures.
I have lived most of my life in Gothenburg, Sweden but I also lived some years in Cuernavaca (Central Mexico) during my childhood, one year in Stockholm and five years in the USA (New York) between 2017-2020.
Swedish and Spanish are my mother languages. English is my second language.
